About

The basics:

Hola! I’m Anya, an American college student studying abroad en Valencia, Spain for a semester. I can’t promise I’ll update this very often, but I’ll try to post pictures and other records of my travels when I get a chance (probably more like when I remember/feel so inclined).

A little bit more about me:

I’m a sophomore from Michigan State studying Social Work and Political Science with a minor in Spanish. I’ve been learning Spanish since 8th grade (so that’s going on seven years now…) and I would love to become fluent, which is why I’m studying abroad. I write well in Spanish, and can understand a good amount when reading or listening, but speaking is the most difficult for me. I love to travel, so studying abroad in Europe, where it’s easy to go from country to country, is a dream come true. I love architecture, art, culture, food, etc. and can’t wait to experience all of those things while I’m abroad.
